Introduction

DEZE REPARATIE KAN OOK ZONDER SLOOPWERK:

Met een injectie-spuit van circa € 0,50 en waterdunne secondelijm kan de reparatie veel eenvoudiger, hechter en veiliger worden uitgevoerd.

1. prik de naald door de alu-afsluiting van de tube en zuig de naald vol lijm.

2. prik de naald (binnen één minuut) op drie à vier gelijkmatige afstanden schuin door het zachte rubber tot je op de hardplastic binnen-as krast en pers elke 'prik' een klein beetje lijm uit de naald.

3 laat de Magic RC 10 minuten drogen en klaar is Kees-Bert. (Lopen meester).

    • Prik de naald onder een hoek van 30 graden door het zachte rubber, tot het hardplastic kernwiel wordt 'bekrast'.

    • Spuit binnen 1 minuut op 3 à 4 gelijkmatige afstanden een vleugje lijm tussen rubber en harde kern.

    • Na 3 à 4 injecties de naald verwijderen uit het zachte rubber en 10 minuten wachten op hechting van de secondelijm, waarna de Magic Remote Control weer kan worden gebruikt. Tijdens de droogfase heb je mooi tijd om de naald & injectiespuit te reinigen voor hergebruik door een mogelijk bevriende junkie. Klaar is Kees-Bert & LOPEN MEESTER !

    • Gehäusedeckel vorsichtig ausclipsen, vorsichtig an den Seiten bei den Programm- und Lautstärketasten

In fact, the discription for Step 5 was not sufficient for me. I was unable to remove the silver ring (3D/123-QMenu) around the arrow buttons.

FIRST remove the arrow button.

THEN the four around them: on/off, back, smart and micro.

FINALLY you can easily access the clips holding the ring.

For me, these steps were essential to open it without breaking any clips.

I did not suceed to glue the rubber to the wheel, either.

I took a cutter knife to inscribe the plastic wheel (BE CAREFULL - HIGH HAZARD RISK).

The resulting friction was sufficient without glue.

BTW: www.alexfix.net gave me a fraud/phishing warning.
