Flip up the latches on the sides of the device.
Lift the case up and off.

Twist the feeding mechanism to the right to unlock it.

Inspect the feeding mechanism and remove any jammed kibble.
Rotate the feeding mechanism in order to unlock the part so that you can take it off. (There should be a lock and unlock graphic on the feeding mechanism)
