Panasonic Lumix DMC-FH20 Battery Replacement

Introduction

If your camera will not charge or if the battery is broken, try replacing the battery. You don't need any special tools to replace your battery. Be careful of battery leakages. In the case of battery leakage, be sure to clean the inside of the battery opening before inserting a new one.

On the bottom of the camera, move the gray switch that has the words "open" and "lock" above it to the open position. The case will open.

Once the case is open, there will be another switch on the right side of the battery. Push the switch to the right to release the battery. Now you can pull the battery out.
