NuVision TM1088 Speaker Replacement

Introduction

Replacing the speaker on a NuVision TM1088 is a fairly simple process, but will require some soldering.

What you need

  1. NuVision TM1088 Speaker Replacement, Rear Cover: step 1, image 1 of 1

    • Place the plastic opening tool between the front and rear cover and pry up on each corner of the cover.

    • Melt the solders with a heat gun and remove red and black wires.

    • Peel the speaker off the rear cover. It is only held in by a small amount of glue.
