The antenna greatly affects the quality of the phone's reception.

Image 1/3: Use a spudger to remove the circular rubber cover from the base of the antenna. Image 2/3: Remove the 3.2 mm Torx T5 screw located under the rubber cover. Image 3/3: Remove the 3.2 mm Torx T5 screw located under the rubber cover.
  • Place the phone on a flat surface with the front facing down and the antenna fully extended.

  • Use a spudger to remove the circular rubber cover from the base of the antenna.

  • Remove the 3.2 mm Torx T5 screw located under the rubber cover.

  • Remove the antenna by grasping from the white plastic piece just below the antenna and pulling away from the phone.
