  3. Remove the gray plastic surrounding the camera lens with a pair of tweezers. There will be a lot of glue and you may have to pull  hard on the plastic piece

  4. Slide a pair of tweezers under and around the lens to loosen it. Pulls the lens towards you to remove.

    • There will be glue under the lens. You may have to pull hard to remove the lens
