Modal MD-SPBT01 Metal Speaker Covering Replacement

Introduction

A damaged metal speaker covering may be bent or misshapen, causing it to continuously fall out of its place. This guide allows one to replace the covering to return the speaker to its original condition.

What you need

  1. Modal MD-SPBT01 Metal Speaker Covering Replacement, Metal Speaker Covering: step 1, image 1 of 2 Modal MD-SPBT01 Metal Speaker Covering Replacement, Metal Speaker Covering: step 1, image 2 of 2

    • Remove the damaged metal speaker covering using the plastic opening tool.

    • The covering may be damaged that it is already out of its original place. If this is the condition, you may skip this step.

  3. Modal MD-SPBT01 Metal Speaker Covering Replacement: step 2, image 1 of 1

    • Line up the replacement metal covering with the interior square ridge of the speaker.

    • Firmly press the metal cover into the speaker until it is snug.

    • Super glue may be used to keep the cover in its place, although it is not necessary.
