Lenovo ThinkPad T400s RAM Cards Replacement

Introduction

In this guide, we will show you how to replace your memory cards.

What you need

  1. Lenovo ThinkPad T400s RAM Cards Replacement, RAM Cards: step 1, image 1 of 2 Lenovo ThinkPad T400s RAM Cards Replacement, RAM Cards: step 1, image 2 of 2

    • Unscrew the Phillips #0-6mm screw on the back panel.

    • Lift up the back cover to the memory cards.

  2. Lenovo ThinkPad T400s RAM Cards Replacement: step 2, image 1 of 1

    • Use two plastic opening tools to lightly pull the two semi-circle tabs apart.

  3. Lenovo ThinkPad T400s RAM Cards Replacement: step 3, image 1 of 1

    • Pull out the RAM cards from their slots and replace.
