Lenovo IdeaPad 300-17ISK Wireless LAN Card Replacement

What you need

  1. Lenovo IdeaPad 300-17ISK Wireless LAN Card Replacement, Bottom Back Cover: step 1, image 1 of 1
    • Unscrew the two 7mm Phillips #1 screws that hold the bottom back plate in its place.

    • Place your hands at the bottom of the cover and slide it towards you.

    • Lift the cover up to remove it.

    • The wireless LAN card is located at the center of the laptop.

  4. Lenovo IdeaPad 300-17ISK Wireless LAN Card Replacement: step 4, image 1 of 1
    • Unscrew the 3mm Phillips #1 screw that holds the WLAN card in place.

  5. Lenovo IdeaPad 300-17ISK Wireless LAN Card Replacement: step 5, image 1 of 1
    • Disconnect the black and white cables from the WLAN card.

  6. Lenovo IdeaPad 300-17ISK Wireless LAN Card Replacement: step 6, image 1 of 1
    • Gently remove the WLAN card out of its slot.

Thanks Ammar, I thought my wifi card was jammed until I saw your post.

Turns out one of the cables (white one) was disconnected which lead to my wifi signal being non-existent. I plugged it in again and its working properly again.
