What you need

    • For the knife, loosen the three small screws (size 5 in the nut box).

    • Wave from behind (back = where the quick-mix stick comes in the mixer) from the bar (here may be some strength required, do not be surprised).

    • Buy retaining ring (DIN 6799, size 4, stainless !!!)

    • Remove old circlip, attach new one. The circlip must be the last part from the end of the shaft. I've uploaded a photo of both the circlip and the inside, which can be found in the user pictures of this article.

    • Close again. I would recommend new screws, the old ones have very flat heads and are quickly turned off.

Die Beschreibung ist sinnfrei und dient meines Erachtens dazu, Euren Pürierstab restlos zu ruinieren.

Ihr müsst das Messer fixieren und gleichzeitig hinten den Einsatz, der in den Mixer gesteckt wird gegenläufig mit einem großen Schraubenzieher, Stechbeitel o.ä. drehen. Welle lässt sich so entfernen und an der beschrieben Stelle muss der - jedenfalls auch bei mir fehlende - Sicherungsring ersetzt werden.
