Introduction

Replacing the Puncture Needle is similar to the Handle Replacement, but requires a couple extra steps outlined below.

  1. Lift the handle
    • Lift the handle

  2. Locate and remove the two 9.5 mm Torx T15 screws on both sides of the handle. Locate and remove the two 9.5 mm Torx T15 screws on both sides of the handle. Locate and remove the two 9.5 mm Torx T15 screws on both sides of the handle.
    • Locate and remove the two 9.5 mm Torx T15 screws on both sides of the handle.

  3. Remove the broken handle and replace with the new one Remove the broken handle and replace with the new one
    • Remove the broken handle and replace with the new one

  4. Locate and remove the two 9.5 mm Phillips #1 screws.
    • Locate and remove the two 9.5 mm Phillips #1 screws.

    • Remove the plastic ring around the K-Cup Pack Holder

  5. Remove the two 9.5 mm Phillips #1 screws on the underside of the lid.
    • Remove the two 9.5 mm Phillips #1 screws on the underside of the lid.

  6. Detach the lid from the Keurig. Detach the lid from the Keurig.
    • Detach the lid from the Keurig.

  7. Locate and remove the two 9.5 mm Phillips #1 screws on the top of the puncture needle.
    • Locate and remove the two 9.5 mm Phillips #1 screws on the top of the puncture needle.

  8. Squeeze and pull on the hose to remove it from the Puncture Needle Puncture needle should now be exposed Puncture needle should now be exposed
    • Squeeze and pull on the hose to remove it from the Puncture Needle

    • Puncture needle should now be exposed

  9. Remove the Puncture Needle Assembly from Keurig Remove the Puncture Needle Assembly from Keurig Remove the Puncture Needle Assembly from Keurig
    • Remove the Puncture Needle Assembly from Keurig

Conclusion

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

Keurig B60 Puncture Needle Replacement. I need the punture needlees,upper and lower for this model.
