Discharge the battery.

Put the tool carefully on right side of the USB-Modul in. It's not allowed to be blocked by something. Nor on the side or down side.

Maybe you can use a alcohol liquid to improve gliding properties. It will evaporation residue-free (in opposite of oil). If there are some glue remains from before, that can be also removed more easier.

The old battery are mounted by sponge rubber. By the bloat / expansion of the battery it's to big to push / pull out the old battery.

To improve mount, you may can add some rubber band to the battery. That will results the same like sponge rubber. It may also prevent too much heat at the battery.

The new battery is perfect centered in position.

Sort the battery cables: None of the cables inside should be upon the other.

Put the cap back.

Excellent tutoriel, facile à suivre bien que c'était assez laborieux avec la batterie gonflée et bloquée. Petite astuce supplémentaire: après lubrification à l'alcool, faire le mouvement contraire càd pousser un tout petit peu la batterie vers l'arrière(ça aide à décoincer) puis le pousser vers l'avant avec l'outil en bois, ça sort un peu plus facilement.
Bitte eine Warnung hinzufügen, dass der aufgeblähte Akku möglicherweise extrem instabil ist. Hätte gerade fast meine Wohnung abgefackelt, als er sich beim Hinausschieben spontan entzündet hat. Wäre gut, wenn die Aktion im Freien bzw. in Umgebungen durchgeführt wird, wo Feuer nichts anrichten und der Akku (und mit ihm die JBL Flip 4) im Falle eines Falles ungefährdet abbrennen kann.

- Mich würde interessieren was für ein Rausdrück-Werkzeug (z.B. Bleistift, Kochlöffel ,...) Sie genau verwendet haben?
- Denn: Es könnte vielleicht Werkzeuge geben die sich dafür nicht so gut eignen (z.b. weil zu klein oder nicht flach genug) und die Batterie beschädigen sogar.
- Oder war bei Ihnen die Kraft / der Druck zu stark? (zu fest im Gerät). Das würde bedeuten: Die Leser sollte an mehr Geduld erinnert werden und sollten mit mehr Schmiermittel arbeiten (+ Einwirk-zeit).

If you have more time for addition feedback:
- Maybe this helps to find the causal on the inflame.
- Or it was just bad luck :-(
- Which pushing tools you have used? (e.g. pencil case, cooking spoon, ...)
- Because: Maybe there are tools, which are not fit good (e.g. too small or not flat enough), which hurt the battery.
- Or maybe too much force / pressure? Which would means: More Patient and more gliding liquid (+ time for soak in)
