I believe the EMC2211 model requires PC2-6400 RAM chips instead of the PC2-5300 proposed here.
I don't see any 4 GB RAM chips? I currently have a 2 GB and 4 GB. Was thinking about changing out the 2 GB for a 4 GB. Would it support two 4 GB RAM chips? Do you not sell them?
Ericgossick: according to Apple the most ram you can have is 4 GB. I have heard you can install 2 GB & 4 GB ram chips & the computer will operate normally. If you install 2 (two) 4 GB ram chips the computer will only use 6 GB; it will never use 8 GB. That's just what I've heard. Hope this helps.
Does anyone know if one bank is better than the other for the 4G stick if one is maxxing out their RAM?
