    • Place the lens face up to locate the bottom cover.

    • Remove the two 7mm screws using a J0 screwdriver.

    • Remove the six 4.3 mm screws using a J0 screwdriver.

    • After the screws are removed, the bottom cover should easily pry off.

    • Using a J0 screwdriver, remove the 4mm screw holding the metal plate to expose the gears.

    • Using a pair of tweezers, gently remove the metal plate covering the gears.

    • Part of the plate's tab fits into a socket. Try to pivot around it when removing the plate to prevent bending the plate.
