REWA tells you how to upgrade your iPhone 6s 16GB memory storage to 128GB.

  4. Connect the PCIE NAND Flash Chip Programmer with computer. Then press the on/off button.
    • Connect the PCIE NAND Flash Chip Programmer with computer. Then press the on/off button.

    • First, we need to read data of the original 16G NAND flash chip with the programmer and backup the data.

    • Then write the saved data to a brand new 128G NAND flash chip with the programmer.

  5. Once done, reball and then solder the 128G NAND flash chip onto the logic board.

  6. Restore the phone via iTunes.
    • Restore the phone via iTunes.

    • Insert the SIM card and activate the phone.

    • Run function test. All going well.

    • Check the storage: 128GB

2. This upgrade may not be suitable for doing at home, skilled repair-man is required.
