Garden hoses can become crushed or ripped through usage. This guide shows you how to choose the right replacement and change the broken end easily and cheaply.
What you need

Measure the diameter of the inside of the original hose.

Remove the original broken end by using a utility knife to cut 2-3 inches from the hose.

Attach the new fitting.

Slide the clamp onto the hose.

Insert the new fitting.

Test your new and improved hose by turning on the water and watching for leaks.
