    • Always clean your hands and work area before opening any cosmetic product to avoid contamination.

    • Open the lip gloss tube and set the wand aside on a flat surface covered with a paper towel.

    • With a dry cotton swab, clean the neck and stopper of the lip gloss.

    • If your lip gloss tube is swollen, leaking, or cracked, do not attempt this repair. Dispose of the product safely and avoid skin contact with any deteriorated formula.

    • Use a pair of clean tweezers to gently grip the edge of the stopper.

    • Pull it straight out with steady pressure to release it from the tube.
