Step 1 How reset network settings.

• Click on the SETTINGS app.
• Do not 3D touch the screen. For illustration purposes only.
Step 2

• Scroll down the until you see GENERAL and tap on that.
Step 3
• Scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on RESET.
Step 4
• Tap on RESET NETWORK SETTINGS.
Step 5
• Type you lock screen password.
• Your phone will restart.
