Hover-1 Rally Acceleration Lever Replacement

Introduction

If your Hover-1 Rally (model H1-RALY) scooter will not accelerate, use this guide to replace the acceleration lever. The acceleration lever is located next to the right handlebar grip and is easy to replace. Replace this part if it is damaged or immovable.

Make sure to power off the scooter before starting this guide.

What you need

  1. Hover-1 Rally Acceleration Lever Replacement, Acceleration Lever: step 1, image 1 of 1

    • Remove one 4 mm Phillips #1 screw located directly above the acceleration lever.

    • Turn the right handle grip counterclockwise.

    • The right handle will disconnect from the handlebar, exposing the acceleration lever.

  4. Hover-1 Rally Acceleration Lever Replacement: step 3, image 1 of 1

    • Remove four 2 mm Phillips #00 screws located on the acceleration throttle.

  5. Hover-1 Rally Acceleration Lever Replacement: step 4, image 1 of 1

    • Pull the acceleration lever off of the handle.

    • The acceleration lever sits perpendicular to the handle.
