    • Switch off the phone, remove the battery and any installed SIM and memory cards.

    • Remove 7x Torx T5 screws.

    • Use a plastic tool to remove the rear bezel.

    • The loudspeaker is on the inner side of the rear bezel.

I can hear people that call but they can't hear me. Can you tell me what the problem is. Only had phone 6 months. Am disabled don't go anywhere. I live alone so I'm the only person to use phone.
