Place the laptop with the bottom facing upwards.
Remove eight black 4.7 mm screws using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
Loosen the two captive screws on the bottom of the laptop using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

Insert an opening tool or a pick between the bottom panel and your computer, and then push down to pull it up.
Repeat the step above across every edge, so the panel lifts up completely.
I like to start from the rear, as shown in the picture, since there's a wider gap there.
You might have to use force to push it open, but always be gentle with your laptop.

Remove the four 5.7 mm screws from the battery using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
Use your hands to lift the battery out of the laptop.
You may need to push the battery inside a bit to get it out from the clips.

To install the new battery, simply line up the clips and push them down.
