Gateway NV57H50u Rear Cover Replacement

Introduction

The rear panel will need to be removed to access parts such as the hard drive and network card.

What you need

  1. Gateway NV57H50u Rear Cover Replacement, Battery: step 1, image 1 of 3 Gateway NV57H50u Rear Cover Replacement, Battery: step 1, image 2 of 3 Gateway NV57H50u Rear Cover Replacement, Battery: step 1, image 3 of 3

    • Push orange locking tab with spudger right, until battery lifts out of place.

    • Laptop should be unplugged from power supply before removal.

    • Unscrew the two 7 mm long #0 Phillips screws.

    • Lift and remove the cover panel via the indentation in the middle of the panel.
