Introduction

LCD (liquid crystal display) is another term to use for display in computer or technology device. LCD is need to replace if the screen was not on or if it is damage by any other factor like water, crack by contacting to the hard surface.

LCD damage can make a laptop unusable, so it is necessary to replace it as soon you could.

  • Unlock the button in the top left on the back of the laptop (So the red is showing).

  • The battery should be able to be removed easily now.

  • Using the Phillips #0 screwdriver, remove six (6) 5mm screws, two (2) 17.5mm screws, and three (3) 2.5mm screws from the back cover, as marked here.

  • Pry off the keyboard by placing your plastic opening tool on the center of the top row of keys, as shown in the photograph.
