Introduction

It is important to have a functioning webcam because it is a useful accessory to have when it comes to tasks like video calls, taking pictures/videos, and so on.

  • Using the Phillips #0 screwdriver, remove six (6) 5mm screws, two (2) 17.5mm screws, and three (3) 2.5mm screws from the back cover, as marked here.

  • Pry off the keyboard by placing your plastic opening tool on the center of the top row of keys, as shown in the photograph.

  • Disconnect the webcam from the wires attaching it to the computer.

  • Lift the webcam away from the top cover.
