Introduction

This guide will show how to remove the wand hose in case of a clog, broken seal or other malfunction.

  • Turn off power and unplug the vacuum, then turn the vacuum to look at the hose.

  • Turn the red dial counterclockwise and pull up on the wand to remove.

  • Press in the red button where the wand attaches to the hose and pull apart.

  • Remove the main canister by pressing the red release button and pulling up and away.

Image 1/3: Push the red tab at towards the hose while pulling the hose upwards. Image 2/3: With some wiggling, it will come out. Image 3/3: With some wiggling, it will come out.
  • Grip the base of the hose so your thumb reaches around to press the red tab shown.

  • Push the red tab at towards the hose while pulling the hose upwards.

  • With some wiggling, it will come out.
