Introduction

Removing the front cover is a necessary first step in disassembling the camera in order to repair or replace any internal parts.

Use a PH00 screw driver to remove the six 2.9mm phillips screws holding the back cover in place. There are two screws on the left and right sides of the camera, and two screws on the bottom. Use a PH00 screw driver to remove the six 2.9mm phillips screws holding the back cover in place. There are two screws on the left and right sides of the camera, and two screws on the bottom. Gently pry the front casing away from the camera. Gently pry the front casing away from the camera.
