Disassembling Breville BKC600XL Coffee Brewer Head

This guide explains how to disassemble the Breville BKC600XL coffee brewer head.

What you need

  1. Disassembling Breville BKC600XL Coffee Brewer Head, "Bottom" Black Shell Piece: step 1, image 1 of 3 Disassembling Breville BKC600XL Coffee Brewer Head, "Bottom" Black Shell Piece: step 1, image 2 of 3 Disassembling Breville BKC600XL Coffee Brewer Head, "Bottom" Black Shell Piece: step 1, image 3 of 3

    • Remove the two 12mm black Phillips screws using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

    • Reminder for reassembly; This bottom piece is first to be screwed back on.

    • Remove the two 12mm Phillips screws using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

    • Remove the grey plastic casing.

    • Remove the two 12mm hexagonal screws using a 1.5mm hex screwdriver.

Thanks so much for posting this! I was ready to throw my Breville out the window! Step three highlighted the closing mechanism and I was able to easily repair my machine!!
