Introduction

This guide shows you how to remove the cover of an Apple IIc computer. All you need to perform this repair is a screwdriver and something to help open the casing. This is a precursor to any other repair you may want to do on this device and also allows you to get a good look at its internal workings.

  2. Release the catch by pushing it in using a plastic opening tool. The catch is off-center, but in line with the middle of the speaker underneath.
