Dell Latitude E5400 Memory Upgrade / Replacement

What you need

  1. Dell Latitude E5400 Memory Upgrade / Replacement, Remove battery: step 1, image 1 of 1
    • Be sure to remove the battery to prevent any electrical shortage.

    • Losen all four screws and remove the backpanel.

    • Remove the backpanel with a spudger. Start out as in the second photo to prevent the plastic from breaking. Work you're way around the panel to remove it.

  3. Dell Latitude E5400 Memory Upgrade / Replacement, change/upgrade the memory: step 3, image 1 of 1
    • Now you can upgrade or change the memory.

    • NOTE: If the laptop doesnt boot after the upgrade, make sure the ram is fully inserted. Still doesnt boot? Try another memory stick.
