Dell Latitude 3190 Base Cover Replacement

Introduction

If you need to replace the base cover or access the internals of your Dell Latitude 3190 laptop, follow this guide.

Prior to beginning this repair, power off your laptop and unplug it from the charging cable.

What you need

  1. Dell Latitude 3190 Base Cover Replacement, Base Cover: step 1, image 1 of 2 Dell Latitude 3190 Base Cover Replacement, Base Cover: step 1, image 2 of 2

    • Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the seven 7 mm screws securing the back case.

    • Using a plastic opening tool carefully separate the plastic base cover from the rest of the laptop.

    • Lift the bottom cover from the laptop.
