Dell Inspiron 1501 Hard Drive Replacement

In this guide we will explain how to replace the hard drive of a Dell Inspiron 1501 with a new one.

What you need

  1. Dell Inspiron 1501 Hard Drive Replacement, Hard Drive: step 1, image 1 of 1

    • Ensure you have the correct screwdriver,( Phillips head #1) to perform the Hard Drive replacement.

    • Remove the battery by pushing back small switch and pulling the battery out of the designated battery area.

    • Unscrew the two phillips #1 screws holding the hard drive in place.

    • Pull the hard drive out slowly
