  • Use a T-10 Torx bit screwdriver to take out the 4 screws shown.

  • Use 2 H-5.0 bit drivers to take out the main bolt and head.

  • Pull apart 2 halves of the handle.

  • Gently lift the motor and trigger mechanism out from the frame of the drill.

  • Locate where the motor assembly is attached to the trigger mechanism and carefully detach the wires at their solder points.

Image 1/1: Note: Take care of where each wire connects because the wires must be soldered to the correct places on the trigger mechanism for the motor to run.
  • Solder the new motor assembly wires to the trigger mechanism in the same fashion that the old motor was.
