DeWalt D28110 Pinion Replacement

What you need

  1. DeWalt D28110 Pinion Replacement, Disassembling DeWalt D28110 Gear Case: step 1, image 1 of 1
    • Using the T-15 screwdriver, remove the four 22-mm torx screws on the gear case.

    • Unplug the grinder before any disassembly.

    • Pull out the gear case.

    • Using the T-15 screwdriver, remove the four torx screws.

    • Remove the gear case cover from the gear case.

    • Using a 10-mm wrench, remove the hex nut by rotating counter-clockwise.

    • Remove the armature assembly from the gear case.

    • Remove the pinion from the armature assembly.
