Instructions how to remove the control pad cover panel on the Creative Zen V Plus.

What you need

Step 1 Control Panel

Creative Zen V Plus Control Panel Disassembly, Control Panel: step 1, image 1 of 1

Locate the groove along side the device where the control panel cover plate are seated.
Using the ifixit opening tool, place the skinny flat side of tool inside groove and with a twisting motion, pry the mating surfaces apart.
Once to two surface have detached, gently pull the two surfaces apart with your fingers.
