  1. Carefully remove the top plastic cover. It is hold in place by adhesive.

  3. Remove the two Philipps #0 screws that hold in place the top of the phone frame and slide it off. Remove the two Philipps #0 screws that hold in place the top of the phone frame and slide it off.

  4. Now the speaker just slides out.
