Introduction
Sometimes the filter button can become jammed or broken. This guide shows how to take the housing apart and replace the filter button within the Black and Decker BDH9600CHV.
One thing to be aware of would be that the screws are deep within the outside of the housing so an extender could be needed to get to the screws.

After a year of very light use, it was working great. Now I have been facing some troublesome it’s shutting down frequently as like after about a minute. I bought a new filter and it is still shut down. Kept on the charger all the time. Do you have any idea actually what is going wrong with it? Or do you have any suggestion which would be best for pet hair?
