Introduction
Use this guide to replace the headband cushion on your Anker Soundcore Q20i headphones. Replacement headband covers are usually sold as aftermarket wrap-around silicone cushions rather than as Anker replacement parts.
Before cutting the original cushion, note that a wire runs through the headband. Cut carefully to avoid nicking the wire, or the headphones may stop working.

Place the headphones on a flat work surface. Keep any removed screws in a small container so they do not roll away.

Remove the two small screws from the clamp at one end of the headband cushion.

Remove the two small screws from the clamp at the opposite end of the headband cushion.

Use a pry tool to remove the top half of the opposite clamp from the headband.

Use a small sharp knife or scissors to cut off the original headband cushion cover.

If the foam under the headband cover is damaged, carefully pry the foam off the metal headband.

Cut a soft piece of replacement foam as close as possible to the shape of the original cushion, then glue it to the metal headband.

Wrap the replacement headband cover around the headband, then make sure both clamps cover the ends of the new cover.

To reassemble your device, complete steps 2 - 5 in reverse order.
