  • To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury turn control to “off” then remove plug from outlet.

  • After removing power from device, remove two blade screws from the top blade.

  • Lift the top blade from the device. The bottom blade is attached, but not secured, to the underside of the top blade.

  • Flip the top blade over and lift the bottom blade from the top blade.

  • If the device requires cleaning or lubrication this is the perfect time to do so.
