Identify the glove box damper assy latch on the right side of the glove box. Using moderate force, press against the latch with your thumb until it pops out of place.

Orient the new filter properly, with the air flow arrows (located on the filter) aligning with the indication on the filter tray assy. Press the air filter down into the housing while draping the filter's thick side pleats into the plastic housing.
