Tech Medic, LLC is comprised of three local college students looking to make a positive impact on the cellphone repair business. With years of background knowledge repairing devices like iPhones, iPods, iPads, MacBooks, Samsung Galaxies, as well as many other devices, we are highly trained to ensure a positive experience throughout the entirety of our service. Our goal is to make the process not only convenient for the customer but also making it more affordable.
Founder, Evan Smith, was browsing for a local Richmond repair shop to fix a friend’s phone when he was astonished by the prices they were charging. He decided to take matters into his own hands and offer reasonably priced repairs that will not break the bank. Although we have the most competitive prices in Richmond, this does not sacrifice the quality of the parts as we source from only original high quality manufacturers with very strict quality control measures. So, rest assured you will have a top notch repair completed in no time.
