Temperatur Improvement by replacing the Thermal Paste Some Values?

You Mentioned that it could be grate to replace the Termal Paste on these Models and use just the needed amount do you have run some tests how big the improvement in better CPU or GPU Temperatures really is on this model ?

take a look at these.. arctic silver 5 is the generally used paste for these things, the manufacturers claims 3-12 degrees lowering..

I used ceramique once but was unimpressed.. Swapped to no5 after a recommendation on here, I'd have to say it was easier to use and I've no complaints with the result on a few xbox 360 RROD. It's not a mac, but I'm sure Mayer uses it, in fact it may have been his recommendation!

+ that's 3-12 degrees lower than standard pastes. Yes I use the Arctic Silver. I didn't like the ceramique either.
