hello; i have a scratch in the middle of the lens of my Canon PowerShot G15 , i don't know if i have to change all the zoom(lens unit+CCD) or just the front lens glass of my camera or there is an easier solution.

zakarianab, It appears the lens glass is available at link below, which you could also do a search for better pricing perhaps or pop into a good local camera repair shop for an estimate on replacement lens and installation. thank you L Pfaff , i went to a local camera repair shop and he told me that i have to change all the lens unit because the front lens can not be removed alone as he said ; i want to be sure if his opinion is right or not.
zakarianab, I have not done this. I do not know if it is common practice, I did find a video below showing the glass lens being changed on a Cannon Powershot and does look like a tedious job. maybe try a few camera shops to see. Good luck.
