Why when I try to download or do an update

So when I try to download anything on my apex tablet it says there is no space.

I have not download anything on this tablet and it says it can't download I need answers pls and also this tablet has not done a update on it

The specs on this tablet shows that it has 8GB of internal memory. Do you have an microsd card installed. Also, how much storage space are you using on the internal memory and sd card(if installed)
