Why can people hear me on call?

Options

Why can people hear me on call?

Not all the time, but when I make or receive calls people on the other end cannot hear me.

I found that during a call if I tap on the back of the phone everything starts working.

Using earbuds and no problems.

What do I need to fix?

I currently have this problem too and found the answer. The problem is that some of the circuits in the logic board arnt making a good connection (possibly due from a drop). Some people found problem solved by putting a piece of paper semi thick paper to press down on it.

I currently have this problem too and found the answer. The problem is that some of the circuits in the logic board arnt making a good connection (possibly due from a drop). Some people found problem solved by putting a piece of paper semi thick paper to press down on it. — Alan Perez
