Will this drive fit and work?

I wanna upgrade my hard drive in macbook 13" late 2008 to Seagate Momentus 750 GB,Internal,5400 RPM,2.5" (ST9750423AS), so will it work fine?

I put 500GB hybrid SSD version of said drive into both an early 2008 and a late 2008 15" MacBook Pro, and it worked great.
