Why won't my brand new Skyrim game work

My X-Box 360 was just repaired and given a clean bill of health. Oblivion (elder scrolls IV) plays fine, Dungeon Seige III boots up fine, but when I put in Skyrim (elder scrolls V), I get error message E-66 and the red light in the lower right hand quadrent of the on/off switch blinks. Whats wrong with my stuff? LeeB
