Swap out the keyboard?

Is it possible to replace the keyboard on the new Pro Retina with a different one?

I'm a UK expat in US. Apple won't sell a UK keyboard model here in US - wondering if I can swap this out myself...?

Thanks!

No, the keyboard from any unibody MacBook cannot be replaced independently of the upper case; they are permanently joined. You'll have to replace the entire upper case to change the keyboard, which for this machine could very well include a new battery, depending on parts availability and your own abilities.
