Is there any way to get the stuff inside the memory?

is there any way to get the stuff inside the memory since the logic board is broken?

koky, your iPod uses NAND memory. You must also remember that that the surrounding chips may influence your ability to access the data. If anything you need to remove the chip(s) from the board and insert them into a socket fixture. This socket fixture has to support the hardware as well as software to support your memory IC. Check this link for a project about building such a reader. The only other thing I can think off, is to contact a data retrieval company and see if they can do it. You are then looking at plenty of money to recover your files. Hope this helps, good luck.
