Disk drive problems reading/opening/closing

I have a Xbox 360 disc drive that when I open it, it stays trying to open and closes by itself. Sometimes even stays closing when it's closed. When I'm not having that problem when I put a disc in it either reads it forever or ends up saying open tray. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
