It keeps beeping and when I turn it on. It could be because when I bought it new it had rust on it and when it worked the disc drive constantly kept ejecting when I was on the home menu it flashed open and close I would really appreciate it if some one helped

In most cases a beeping sound indicates a faulty dvd drive, and the fact that the disc keeps getting ejected, also points in that direction. So, I think you should replace the drive and see if it solves the problem.
